1. Business Nature

JDTrader.pk specializes in bulk supply of empty bottles, jars, tubes, packaging materials, and packaging machines.

Our products are intended for business and industrial use, not personal retail consumption.
2. Orders & Minimum Quantities

All orders must meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specified for each product.

Orders are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment (as agreed).

Once an order is confirmed, specifications (size, design, material) cannot be changed without prior approval.
3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change due to raw material cost fluctuations, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Online Payment, or other approved methods.

For bulk/customized orders, advance payment is mandatory.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and order size:

Ready stock: 3–7 business days

Customized/bulk production: 2–4 weeks

JDTrader.pk is not liable for courier delays once goods are handed over to logistics partners.

Large bulk orders may be shipped via dedicated transport arranged with buyer’s consent.
5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bulk orders, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of damaged or defective goods (see our Refund & Return Policy).

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours with proof (images/videos).
6. Machines & Equipment

Packaging machines and equipment come with manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

Once installed or used, machines are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on JDTrader.pk (logos, product images, descriptions) is the property of JDTrader.pk and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

JDTrader.pk is not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential losses due to late delivery.

Misuse of products after delivery.

Damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

9. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Pakistan.
