Refund Policy

At JDTrader.pk, we supply packaging materials, bottles, jars, tubes, and machines mainly for bulk business orders. We aim to provide top-quality products and services, but due to the nature of bulk and customized orders, our return and refund policy has specific conditions.

1. No Refund on Bulk Orders

• Since our products are sold in bulk quantities, refunds are not available once an order has been processed and shipped.

• We encourage customers to carefully review specifications (size, design, material) before placing an order.

2. Returns (Damaged or Defective Items)

We only accept returns if:

• The products received are damaged during transit.

• There is a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered.

👉 In such cases:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Proof (photos/videos) of the damaged/defective goods must be shared with our support team.

• Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging and unused condition.

3. Refund Process

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as a store credit.

• Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment gateway.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

4. Exchange Policy

• For certain products (like bottles, jars, tubes), we may offer exchange instead of refund if stock is available.

• Machines and equipment are non-returnable once installed or used.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
